We’ve used St. Louis Heating and Air Conditioning since our previous air conditioner died during a heat wave a few years ago and they came out to replace it. We use their biannual maintenance service, and they always do a great job. Our technician today was right on time, showing up at the beginning of our time slot window. He called with a 10 to 15 minute warning, which I always find very useful. He was friendly with our dog, wore shoe covers in the house and was thorough in checking out every thing that needed to be checked out at the house, including the furnace, the outside air conditioning unit, and the thermostat.
